Dave Helmer holds two diplomas from the Red Wing technical luthier program (Development & Production, 2012 / Guitar Repair & Building, 2006). He works as a full-time eastern Iowa luthier and songwriter/guitarist who fronts the Dave Helmer Band and Crystal City.
